Meet Our Staff

At Young Pediatrics we do our billing directly from our office. This allows us to carry over the personable care you receive from our providers into all aspects of the practice. We can be more efficient and effective in submitting your claims, working with the insurance companies on your behalf, and setting up payment plans that work for you. It also affords us the flexibility to work with you directly when you have any concerns. Amanda is always happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have about your bill or insurance coverage. In fact, she welcomes your calls! Beth is our triage nurse extraordinaire.  She is available during office hours to help answer common questions, get information or questions to providers, and assist in medication refills.  You can reach Beth either by phone at 618-288-9305 and follow the prompts for the nurse extension or you can send her a message through the patient portal

Our Medical Assistants are efficient, compassionate, and take pride in their work. They strive to make you, and your children, feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

Our front desk staff are an understanding upbeat duo that collectively bring customer service to our office. Stephenie will greet you check you in and be sure we have what we need for your appointment, Sondra (aka sticker lady) is ready to make your next appointment and be sure you have any paperwork you need.
